This is your chance to make history.We are seeking a Transportation Coordinator (m/f) to join our team in Szczecin / Kolbaskowo.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage vendor relationship with transportation providers
- Schedule transportation of employees to and from our Fulfilment Centers (FC)
- Establish and coordinate daily transportation routes
- Trouble shooting of any queries related to transportation
- Working closely with HR/Labor teams
- Ensure safety procedures are understood and followed.
- Point of contact for all suppliers and liaising with Accounts to expedite invoicing queries
- Ensuring monthly purchase orders for contracted items are raised on time
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous/Recent experience in Purchasing/Transportation including Supplier Relationship Management
- Computer Literate – in particular Oracle and MS Excel
- Contract and Price negotiation experience an advantage
- Aptitude for problem solving and keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills towards internal and external partners
- Able to work as part of a team or independently
- Ability to lead or work as part of a project team
- Reliable
- Ownership of tasks
