IS Infrastructure SME / Specialist (Factory IT)
Due to continuous development of our organization we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of IS Infrastructure SME / Specialist . The candidate hired in this position will be responsible for ensuring high level of customer support and satisfaction as well as Participation in the implementation of new services and in corporate projects.
- Provide front line IT support to ABB clients;
- Provide production computers and application support;
- Provide barcode printers and scanners support;
- Troubleshoot network, connectivity and end-user computing problems.
- 3-year experience in supporting users with software/hardware problems;
- Knowledge and experience in 150+ users environment;
- Good command of English;
- Good knowledge of MS Windows 7 / Windows 10 / Office365 / MS Windows Server / PowerShell;
- General IT understanding and a will to expand this knowledge;
- Open-minded personality and positive attitude;
- A team player open for challenges and skills development.
