For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations located in Krakow, we are currently, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior HR&Payroll Specialist to join their structures.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and preparing payroll data to be processed by vendor, checking data and payroll lists to ensure correct amounts of salaries are being paid out, doing various calculations on Salary or Benefits, monitoring payroll system and setting up reports on various HR matters. Also you will be responsible for preparing reports and handling more complicated cases if needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Best Candidates possess three years of proven HR experience in Payroll / Benefits or related. Ability to work independently and collaborate with others, strong background in customer service and must have strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, conversational, verbal and written English communication skills.
