Accounting Manager (Navision)
We are looking for experienced manager who will be responsible for 5 people accounting divison of expanding sales business in Poland. Ideal person has gained experience in corporations, can delegate duties and manage finance projects inside the company.

Our Client is one of the biggest players in it sector (pharma / retail). Due to the need of strengthening their finance division we are currently seeking to recruit a highly qualified individual on the position of Accounting Manager with pottential to go beyond regular accounting activites.
Opis stanowiska
- Supervise all accounting processes within the company
- Daily responsibility for accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and relevant external reporting
- Supporting / Assisting Due Dilligence process and active participation in finance project management
- Prepare financial statements (IFRS &PAS) as well as tax and GUS declarations
- Consolidation of 4 companies in the group
- Liaise with outsourced basic accounting services and other third-parties (social security authorities, tax authorities,endors, external and internal clients)
- Work closely with CFO and CEO
- Be an active member of the finance management team
- Lead, coach and develop the accounting team
Profil kandydata
- University degree in accounting or finance; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent will an added value)
- Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position; sector does not matter - the company counts on personality and skills
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, Polish Accounting Standards and Polish tax regulations
- Good English (B2 is enough)
- Proficiency in Navision
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
