Key Responsibilities:
* Track GBSSs audit, SOX, MICOs supervisory controls and regulatory commitments through the lifecycle
* Produce senior management Op Risk reporting
* Maintain GBSS Risk Register
* Assist in identifying and escalating new and potential risks, tracking remediation through to completion
* Support the annual global GBSS RCSA process
* Continuous improvement of GBSS Controls management framework
* Contribute and support ongoing risk projects
* Support documentation and analysis of Op Risk incidents in the MyIncidents system and support all required root cause analysis, lessons learned and read across opportunities.
* Various other ad hoc Op Risk and control related activities
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
* Operational Risk experience in banking or related field considered an asset
* Fluent English
* Over 5 years of professional experience in corporate environment
* Experience in day-to-day cooperation with demanding stakeholders
* Experience in supporting risk frameworks and committees
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and time zones
* Ability to understand, promote and lead risk initiatives
* Excellent PowerPoint skills
* Experience using central SharePoint sites to manage and share key documentation
