Your role:
Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate for a position of Assistant in the IT Department. You will be responsible for assisting Philips Lighting employees in activation of their user accounts and OneDrive application on the MS Azure cloud computing platform. Scope of the activity is ca. 400 users in Poland and 10 other countries in the region of Central & Eastern Europe.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Communication with IT users and arranging face-to-face or on-line meetings.
- Setting up on-line calls via corporate communication tools.
- Based on received instructions, providing guidelines to users, executing the a.m. account activation and solving issues.
- Reporting progress in the assignment execution to the project coordinator.
Requirements:
- Student of the first or second degree studies in the field of IT or other scientific disciplines
- Fluent command of English and Polish, both oral and in writing
- Affinity with IT platforms and data retention tools will be an asset
- Good command of of MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Task oriented, proactive and able to demonstrate initiative.
