Your new role
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer you will assist in creating automation test strategy and develop automated test cases for system integration and regression testing, create and execute SQL scripts for data validation and creation, execute automated test cases as per the Quality Assurance plan for the project, understand usage of Test tools used for each project and apply accordingly, maintain test automation tools, test environments and frameworks, perform product analysis and requirements clarification for ease of understanding and automation, continuously perform risk analysis during the entire lifecycle of the project and ensure all risks are understood and communicated.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate you need to have a deep understanding of quality assurance and system integration, regression, administration and implementation, strong experience with SDLC standards and best automation practices, knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), SQL knowledge and database understanding, Java programming experience (nice to have: OCAJP/OCPJP certification), scripting knowledge in Java and Rest APIs required, good knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks: build tools (ant, maven, Gradle)
