Due to dynamic growth of the company in the EMEA region, we are looking for the experienced bilingual Sales & Marketing Assistants to join a cross-functional, matrix teams and would be responsible for administrative support for European Sales and Marketing professionals and involve in multiple international projects.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Coordinating travel and expenses according to the company's guidelines and policies
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring managers/directors are up to date with their agenda
- Planning conferences and events i. e. organizing catering, ordering audio-visual equipment and cooperating with facilities to ensure room configurations
- Managing internal database and dealing with sales numbers
- Maintaining incoming e-mails, correspondence, phone calls, faxes
- Preparing reports and draft company documents
- Ensuring compliance standards and regulatory commitments
Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Prior experience in fast-paced multinational corporate environment is a must-have
- Fluent English and second European language (German/Dutch/ Italian/ Spanish/French) is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
- Ability to operate efficiently under time deadlines
- Outstanding planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
- High business acumen, understanding commercial aspects of the organization's activity
- Excellent communication aptitudes and team spirit
