For one of our Client, international banking sector company, we are looking for a person to fill the position of a Senior Internal Recruiter within a newly created structure in Warsaw.
Your new role:
As a Senior Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for partnering with business to fill recruitment needs in an accurate and timely manner. Daily responsibilities will include: planning recruitment needs with hiring managers (including budget planning), identifying candidate requirements, souring and recruiting, coordinate hiring process (offering, pre-employment checks, on-boarding), coordinate internal transfers, daily reporting, managing the work of a junior specialist.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with strong professional background within recruitment area (approximately 5-8 years of experience). Familiarity with financial sector roles gained within internal recruitment department will be an asset. We are looking for people with experience in cooperation with hiring managers, responding business needs and in conducting high volume recruitment processes. Due to the international environment the candidates should present fluent English skills.
