For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of: IT Service Coordinator

Location: Warsaw
Job type: contract B2B

Responsibilities:

Planning and coordination of releases and maintenance activities, including communication with PaaS and customer
Planning and coordination of enhancements implementation
Providing data to measure KPIs
Participation on regular and ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders
Responsibility for service organization andservice improvement and optimization

Requirements:

Excellent coordination, organizational and communication skills
Prior experience with Java/.NET Development or Level 3 Support would be beneficial
Proactive approach towards the managed area
Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the service
Experience in LifeSciences/Pharma or Healthcare IT sector will be a plus
Fluent English
