HR IS Service Manager - Talent and Master Data projects

For one of the biggest pioneers & innovators in Energy industry we seek for HR IS Service Manager - Talent and Master Data projects You will be specifically responsible for: - Guide and coordinate team of 35+ FTE Solution Architects and IT Specialists to ensure service delivery and support organization meet the agreed business - Analyze the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement - Oversee or consult on technical architecture implementation and modification activities requirements and SLAs - Drive innovation in technology architecture - Practice a tight working together between the direct and indirect team members

- 7+ years of experience with IS Service management, application processes and solutions - Excellent senior stakeholder management skills - Deep understanding of HR processes and IS technologies - Experience of SAP HR solutions - Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies - Experience in leading IT teams - Capable of identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams - Ablility to translate business requirements into IT capabilities and solutions; - Experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle -Ability to create and manage financial plans and budget - Fluent spoken and written English.
