For our client, the innovative lending company for business owners, we are looking for the experienced, passionate Customer Service professionals.

Your new role:

  • Supporting customers in all matters to ensure highest satisfaction
  • Solving all issues from Polish market via phone, chat and email
  • Finding best solutions and answers, with the goal to improve the customers experience
  • Communicating with all company departments to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Following best practices for customer success
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of your department and the internal processes through customer feedback and constant communication with all stakeholders

The perfect candidate have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service - especially in factoring or B2B lending
  • Excellent Polish language
  • English on the communicative level (B2)
  • German language would be an asset
  • Strong communication skills, a great feeling for the needs and concerns of your customers and a real passion for helping and supporting others
  • Ability to learn quick and act fast to find solutions for all issues addressed to you - if there is no solution yet, be eager to create it
  • Solution-oriented approach and is well-organized
  • No problems with adapting to new situations and requirements
