OtC Global Process Lead
Our Client is and international technology company with its SSC based in Cracow. Currently, a new position is being established and we are looking for a strong leader who will work closely with Senior Management and business and lead the execution of global strategy for Order to Cash process.
The responsibilities on this position include, however are not limited to: overseeing the global OtC process and monitoring the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed KPIs and SLAs. You will lead the execution of associated policies and create vision for the process as well as work on standardisation process across all of the company's centres. You will take part in executive management meetings and business reviews and suggest required actions.
We are looking for a Candidate with at least 3 years of experience on similar leadership role (regional, global) and strong financial background within OtC process. Process improvement mind set, business acumen and people management skills are also required.
