Your new role
As a IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will report and work with a regional manager or assigned team lead, provide day-to-day management and break/fix support of workstations, servers, RF devices, printers and other network attached devices and LAN for all assigned facilities, perform assigned tasks for installation and configuration of devices as part of refresh lifecycle management programs. You will be also responsible for acting as the liaison into Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expending the support process, handling any routine to highly technical problem under general to little direct supervision. This position could be interesting for experienced IT support specialists with strong commitment to deliver superior level of customer support and technical expertise.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have two years of related Information Systems experience, under general to little supervision demonstrates the ability to handle complex operational problems and assignments, demonstrated competence to work. Good communication and customer service skills. Fluency in Polish and English (min. B2) are also required.
