Business Operations Coordinator

The Business Operations Coordinator supports the Group Chief Operating Officer in projects. This is a dynamic position that includes analytics and administrative support for a large number of initiatives across the Group. The daily tasks require a high attention to detail and a willingness to be flexible and independent.

Description

  • Supports the Chief Operating Officer in all operational matters
  • Plans and schedules projects by interacting with internal stakeholders, project team members as well as 3rd parties
  • Cooperates with various departmental heads on project work as well as day-to-day matters
  • Gathers statistics and data to create various reports
  • Participates in projects related to the market education function
  • Creates, edits and maintains Policies & Procedures
  • Coordinates development and delivery of marketing materials
  • Cooperates with the Finance team and other Back Office departments in regards to cost analysis and cost control
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the COO

Profile

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international organisation
  • Degree educated
  • Fluent English, used in daily communication
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Administrative background, project coordination/management and delivery
  • Track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders including departmental heads and C-level Executives.
  • Nice to have: advanced IT skills
