Specific Tasks within the BPM Software Tools are e.g.:

• Organize process assets into toolkits
• Build a business data model
• Manage variables and data flow
• Implement gateways and routing to control process flow
• Build app services and user input forms (coaches)
• Create snapshots for deployment
• Create decision services
• Implement effective error handling in processes and services
• Create business objects that are optimized for use inside a business process diagram
• Identify and track critical business data inside a business process diagram and describe database schema to extract the data for business reports
• Create and implement custom key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Design and create custom reports and dashboards to provide process visibility for multiple stakeholders and users across an organization
• Design single responsive web interfaces for every device an every web browser so that users can complete their tasks in the shortest possible amount of time
• Design IBM Business Process Manager data architecture for process applications with complex business data
• Modell decision authority for processes and employ complex logic for task routing and assignments
• Construct complex task and process task-to-task interaction controls
• Identify and solve common integration issues

General Tasks:

• Design, develop and implement application enhancements and new applications
• Prepare, execute and document module tests
• Support code review by third parties and execute code review for third parties
• Execution and documentation of defect analysis and bug fixing during test phases
• Support the implementation process into production during change processes
• Support data modelling
• Execute the software configuration management and building process
• 3rd level support tasks (e.g. analyzing and fixing defects)

Main Skills required:

• Final degree of computer science
• 2-4 years of experience with building complex Java based web applications containing different frameworks and containers
• You should be eager to develop your programming skills 
• You should be willing to learn the design and implementation of Business Process Management applications based on middleware like IBM BPM combined with knowledge of the BPM notation is necessary (Training will be provided by Commerz Systems)
