Your new role:
Your role as a SAP MM/WM Support Analyst will encapsulate delivering the 1st and the 2nd level IT support for various SAP MM/WM topics - you will take substantial responsibility for Materials Management and Warehouse Management problem resolution. Your main responsibilities will apply not only to resolve system errors but also to ensure that required data is available for use by those carrying out investigations and to evaluate (in the first instance) the impact of defects and problems. As a SAP MM/WM Support Analyst you will keep relevant stakeholders informed of status of SAP MM/WM initiatives, by direct or delegated production of reports.

What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role you should have, preferably, a recognised business qualification. SAP knowledge in the modules MM/WM is a must, certifications - beneficial. Ideally you will have a around 2-3 years SAP MM/WM project and system experience. You should also has ability to work under deadline pressure and communicate with all levels of personnel. Yours firm English or German skills are expected by our client.
