Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

• Master Degree in Engineering or relevant;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international FMCG environment;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lean / continuous improvement area;
• Holding a Black Belt or Green Belt certificate would be an asset;
• Strong project management, analytic and communication skills;
• Inner drive, persistence and commercial acumen;
• Hands-on approach;
• Fluency in English.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

• Identify, initiate and lead technical / operations improvement project initiatives;
• Participate in the creation and implementation of the global strategy of the continuous improvement program;
• Support and coach employees to implement continuous improvement projects and increase performance;
• Spread Lean culture (coaching/ trainings, awareness sessions, communication), lead change by using Lean tools;
• Provide reporting on projects and share projects related information (project update, business case calculation);
• Work directly with a European Lean Management team, lead cross-country projects;
• Report to Regional Operations Director.
