For a brokerage house with a strong position on Polish market, a leading provider of financial and investment services, we are currently looking for motivated candidates with genuine passion for investment market who are interested in a position of:

Customer Service Specialist with German
Salary: 4 500 PLN gross/month

Customer Service Specialist will be supporting German market's prospect clients by daily phone contact with regards to Company's financial services. Apart from that person on this position will handle chat, applications as well as e-mails with regards to Company's standards. For candidates with genuine interest in capital markets there will be a possibility to conduct seminar for clients.

Our Client is looking forward to meeting candidates who are interested in investment market/capital market. Fluency in Spanish is a must -- preferably native speakers. Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance would be an asset as well as first experience in tele sales (call/contact centers) or customer service. Perfect Candidate for this position would have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as openness to working in a dynamic but challenging environment.

The Company offers full-time employment contract with a very attractive base salary and monthly bonus system. Training package will be guaranteed along with an ability to work with professionals on international level. Apart from that private medical care and other benefits are offered.
