Job Description
The Global Tooling Services (GTS) tower develops, deploys on new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service and system management solutions on behalf of Atos Managed Services.
The Poland GTS Tower is now looking for candidates who will join the team responsible for development, operations and maintenance of Service Management tool suite ATF2 based on the “ServiceNow” solution which is used to support ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and many more. Open position is Software Engineer for ServiceNow/ATF2 for candidates experienced in ITSM (preferred ServiceNow) solution development.
ServiceNow Developer is responsible for configuring and implementing ServiceNow based ITSM tool at a global level. This role will be work with Customer IT Service Management leadership to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the technology organization and other departments seeking to use ServiceNow internally. The ideal candidate also needs to be a strong team player with customer focus and should thrive on problem solving and achieving results. Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of managing projects from requirement gathering to final implementation.

Responsibility:
- Work in a Domain Separated Instance following the ServiceNow Best Practices using SCRUM / Agile methodologies.
- Support the development and configuration of a variety of areas including, but not limited to Incident, Service Catalog, Change, Problem, SLA, Knowledge, Release / SDLC, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), CMS, and Reporting.
- Provide Solution Designs for Integrating ServiceNow with third party applications and implementing the same.
- Automate Service Request Management / Change Management Process by designing developing and configuring workflows and execution plans
- Understand and follow best practice guidelines while developing Server and Client codes.
- Collaborate with team members to define, analyse, understand and document technical requirements.
- Unit and regression test implemented solutions as required. Support Customer Acceptance Tests and implement code into Production.
- Participate / conduct code walkthroughs. Develop coding standards.
- Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades. Install, test and take new applications live in ServiceNow.
- Create technical architecture, design and user guide documentation.
- Analyse, troubleshoot and remedy identified system issues.
- Provide on-call support when Production issues occur.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory skills:
- Provides expertise, management, leadership, and oversight for architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions including new applications, modules, integrations etc.
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise ITSM solution as architect or technical knowledge or ServiceNow specialization in at least one module
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL processes and solutions from ServiceNow, HP, BMC, CA etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate
- Very good documentation and presentation skills
Languages:
- Fluency in spoken and written English (B2+)
- German will be a plus
