For our Client, international company with global reach, we are currently looking for a person to join HR Administration team based in Warsaw.
Your new role:
As HR Administrator you will handle all employee processes from hire to retire:providing data input, organising and maintaining employees records, processing changes in terms of vacancies, leaves, hires, promotions, transfers, benefits, etc. Beside administrative tasks you will be supporting employees by resolving their questions and problems via email.Due to the continuous improvement approach at the company you will have an opportunity of supporting implementation of new solutions.As HR Administrator you will be also asked to provide guidance and support for your less experienced colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR Administration, preferably from SSC environment.HR Administrators are being assigned to support employees in a certain region (UK, France, Germany) therefore we are looking for candidates with fluent English, French or German language skills.The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented person with good communication skills, problem-solving mind-set, open to help others and support fellow employees.
