An increasing number of European clients creates the need to build a new talent acquisition hub in Poland. Therefore we are looking for a strong leader for the position of Talent Acquisition Manager who will set up a successful team supporting CEE region and will be responsible for creation and implementation of the highest standards of personnel development. TA Manager will be also responsible for recruitment analytics and reports, cost efficiency and quality standards, as well as employer branding solutions.

- 6-8 years of experience in managerial position in RPO or SSC international environment
- High leadership skills and perfect alignment ability
- Experience with close cooperation with business
- Proven experience in providing volume recruitments with specific parameters and goals
- Analytical thinking, project management skills and data management skills
