A person in this position will be responsible for defining and delivering the appropriate training strategy and approaching every new system, process or tool introduced into the business as well as engaging and supporting users affected by the change. The aim is to ensure change is properly supported from the training side, leading to effective ROI, thus higher productivity, achievement of business targets and ensuring sustainable competitive advantage.

Description
- Deliver an engaging system learning strategy to ensure effective usage of systems at all levels of the business, maximize functionalities, more agile work processes and smart ways of working and leading to increased productivity.
- Design and deliver a blended learning approach including various training methods: digital learning, live classroom training, presentations and content delivery, on the job learning, assignments and checklists, masterclasses, virtual learning sessions / distance learning.
- Define the training strategy for every new system process and platform that is implemented into the business and ensure user engagement and readiness.
- Act as a key player in establishing a blended learning journey to embed various methodologies for a compelling self-driven learning experience, high engagement and performance of learners.
- Act as a change management agent, supporting targeted groups affected by change throughout the implementation and stabilization of a process.
- Collaborate/work closely with the Talent & Development team members to regionalize training content as necessary.
- Create training documentation and translate business content into learner-centered solutions.
- Conduct assessments & learning gap analysis to periodically measure training effectiveness and evaluate training needs.
- Monitor completion of required system training content (on boarding, e-learning).
Profile
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in providing multiple types of technical learning experiences, ideally focused on service or solutions business including: facilitating delivery to large and small groups, online/ virtual instructional delivery, on- the - job coaching.
- Experience in instructional design/conception.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, preferably additional European local languages (Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch or German).
- Analytical skills and business sense.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues, with high levels of credibility.
- Able to adapt to local culture and to understand potential barriers or opportunities.
- Availability to travel up to 50%.
