We are a E-commerce company with offices based in Barcelona, Spain.

Opis stanowiska

We are looking for someone dynamic, flexible and used to working in international environment. You need to be able to multi task, work under pressure and stick to the deadlines. You need to be passionate about sales and perfecting your skills in customer service. It is an in door, office position.

 

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Acquiring new customers through many channels;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers;
  • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;
  • Recovering failed orders;
  • Attending customers on on- line chat;
  • Creating detailed proposal documents;
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements;
  • Following up orders with incidences, liaising with clients, internal departments and external service providers.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service;
  • Experience in commercial sales;
  • Experience in dealing with corporate clients;
  • Fluent Spanish + 2 other languages: Italian, French or English (It is a must);
  • Flexibility, professionalism, passion, positive attitude, team player, innovation and customer centricity.

We offer:

  • A full time position (30h- 40h per week);
  • Basic salary + bonus after a trial period;
  • 3 months of trial period with possibility to stay on permanent contract;
  • 7th floor offices with a great city view;
