The role
Location: Wrocław or remote
- Innovator who can help move the business to the next level;
- Create w wonderful customer experience as you understand that making customer happy is crucially important to a business success;
- Be creative, friendly and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues;
- Investigating complex problems getting to root cause;
- Investigate issues, using data, and work closely to the developers team as well as external partners to create scalable solutions that will drive greater efficiency;
- Use our software backoffice web tools to make tweaks to our IT Systems;
- Analyze results and drive new opportunities;
- Incident management;
- Day to day phone based client service;
- Understand and support delivery of client service to fulfill Service Level Agreements;
- Management of client service request tickets, updating documentation;
- Maintain, create and contribute to internal and external documentation;
- You will have a chance to shape the future of our products;
- Opportunity to cooperate directly with the CEO;
- Elementary Analysis;
- Cutting edge technologies;
- HubSpot CRM;
- Use software tools to solve problems;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Essential Skills / Experience
- Previous customer support experience;
- Problem Solver, Hardworking;
- Native Polish, good English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Word, Excel;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to master customer interaction;
- Nice to have: Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Economy, Banking, Computer Science, Computing, Electronics, Information Systems, Psychology or similar).
