Opis stanowiska
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Estonian Speaking Customer Support Officer who is willing to grow within the international organisation.
The successful candidate will need to provide impeccable customer service through building rapport with customers whilst assisting with issues relating to any of the company’s products by following all procedures and guidelines.
Selling potential which may assist with customer’s needs, as well as relevant administrative task will also fall under your remit.
Wymagania
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Estonian together with a strong background in customer care are required for the role. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
