On behalf of our client a multinational organisation based in Warsaw we are looking for candidates for the position of Order Specialist with Swedish or Danish.
The person will be responsible for processing of customers' orders, ensuring product availability and managing order transportation. Duties include also management of customers' profiles in a database, dealing with delays and returns as well as responding to all customer queries. You will also prepare reports and collaborate with other departments.
An ideal candidate can speak English and Swedish or Danish (Polish is not mandatory) and has well-developed organisational skills. Experience and knowledge of SAP system and previous experience in a similar Customer Service role is a plus.
