Job description

Your aim as a Resource Specialist is to get to know your client and their working culture inside out. To get right under the skin of their business and build up a truly detailed picture. You will take responsibility over various stages of the selection process for a range of graduate, internship orapprentice level roles. You will review candidates’ applications and assess their suitability for the role, coordinate screening and preparing SLA’s , provide feedback etc.

It’s a great chance to gain experience in preparing and conducting Assessment Centre sessions, communicating both with internal (client, Hiring Managers) and external client (candidates) and in organizing many different events either in Citi office or at universities.

The vacancy is based on client’s site in Warsaw at very modern and comfortable office.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperating with vendors, planning and organizing events at Citi office and at universities

  • Manage candidate queries and ensure positive candidate experience

  • Your role will include working with senior members of our on-site team or the client  directly

  • Facilitating the interview and selection process

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers

  • Identify process improvements

Position Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a position requiring  direct contact with external clients

  • Great communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients

  • Experience in recruitment (in mass/volume recruitment is an advantage)

  • Very good in English and Polish both written and spoken

  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and working with Hiring Managers will be an asset

  • Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
