Senior Payroll Specialist for French market

Responsibilities:
- Management of all payroll transactions (new hire information, exiting Employees' information, compensation and benefits changes, Time and Absence records) so that they are processed accurately and timely
- Proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Preparation of payroll reports analysis
- Dealing with Employees' issues
- Ensuring compliance with French specific statutory requirements that impact payroll for the respective country
Requirements:
- University education (economics, finance)
- Min. 3 years of experience in payroll transactions
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices
- Strong knowledge of French law and regulations
- Good command of English and excellent command of French (both oral and written)
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Great organization and coordination skills
- Knowledge of financial and accounting systems (knowledge of the SAP system would be an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
