Senior Payroll Specialist for French market

Responsibilities:

  • Management of all payroll transactions (new hire information, exiting Employees' information, compensation and benefits changes, Time and Absence records) so that they are processed accurately and timely
  • Proper taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Preparation of payroll reports analysis
  • Dealing with Employees' issues
  • Ensuring compliance with French specific statutory requirements that impact payroll for the respective country

Requirements:

  • University education (economics, finance)
  • Min. 3 years of experience in payroll transactions
  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices
  • Strong knowledge of French law and regulations
  • Good command of English and excellent command of French (both oral and written)
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Great organization and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting systems (knowledge of the SAP system would be an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
