Process Improvement Specialist

Your role:

• Managing and participating in various improvement projects
• Ensuring that project deliverables are realized, tracked and reported
• Analyzing and interpreting large collections of data in order to recommend solutions
• Providing valid, complete and timely delivered reports, containing Teams' performance appraisal
• Proactively support all Teams in terms of process improvement (coordinating KPIs evaluation)
• Setting up brainstorm meetings with all Teams to discuss improvement ideas
• Implementing KAIZEN methodology
• Creating and monitoring the internal control system (including : tools, standards, procedures) and establishing SLAs
• Conducting trainings for all Teams to boost awareness of the optimization benefits

Who are we looking for?

• University graduate (preferably economics or management background)
• Substantial experience in SSC/BPO working environment
• High business awareness
• Fluent in English
• Critical thinker with very strong analytical skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Project Management experience (familiar with process analysis, mapping and visualization)
• Experience in reporting and/or data consolidation
• Knowledge of SAP
• Excellent auto-presentation and communication skills
• Experience in conducting trainings and tracking progress
• Practical skills in Visual Basic for application would be an asset
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification would be an advantage
