Responsibilities:
- Delivering high quality French or German client services in accordance with internal procedures
- Making sure that services delivered are on time and in line with all internal procedures
- Providing back-office or front-office service for customers from France/Germany
- Working effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of French or German language (min.B2)
- Communicative knowledge of English,
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage several applications,
- Very good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills,
