Experienced IT Service Desk Agent with English

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers reletaed to technical/new technologies issues;
  • providing customers with appropriate solutions within specified time frames and according to guidelines;
  • creating and maintaining positive relations with clients;
  • supporting other team members in everyday activities.

Our requirements:

  • Fluency in English;
  • experience in the customer service or administrative area would be an asset;
  • very good verbal and written communication skills;
  • willingness to work in the fast-changing environment.
