Duties and responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers reletaed to technical/new technologies issues;
- providing customers with appropriate solutions within specified time frames and according to guidelines;
- creating and maintaining positive relations with clients;
- supporting other team members in everyday activities.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English;
- experience in the customer service or administrative area would be an asset;
- very good verbal and written communication skills;
- willingness to work in the fast-changing environment.
