Junior HR Specialist

X-Trade Brokers is a licensed brokerage house in the European Union, specialized in trading on OTC derivative instruments (forex, commodities, indices). Due to continued growth, the company now seeks Junior HR Specialist. The right candidate would be a team player with a strong interpersonal skills and a problem solving attitude. Opis stanowiska

• pro-active search of candidates via various methods
• review candidates' resumes; making phone and face-to face interviews to match skills, experience and knowledge with the right positions
• taking proper care of the whole communication process with candidates
• cooperation with external HR consulting agencies
• participation in Job Fairs, contacting universities and taking part in other promotional activities
• daily cooperation with all internal departments - regarding recruitment process as well as development and implementation of new recruitment strategies and methods
• securing the recruitment process from the organizational and administrative point of view
• administering employee benefit programs
• preparing/ publishing job advertisements
• supporting selected activities during the implementation of new HR initiatives, programs, policies and services

Wymagania

• at least 1 year of experience in HR area (including min. 6 months in leading recruitment projects)
• very good written and spoken English
• ability to make assessment of candidates' competences and skills comparing to the particular job position
• good manners and excellent communication skills
• very good ability to select appropriate recruitment tools
• ability of solving problems and suggest solutions
