Financial Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an international financial services company with a great reputation on the market. The company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their multicultural team. It is a newly-created position offering great progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly MI analysis and reporting -- covering P&L, costs, balance sheet positions, capital (RWA) and headcount
• Providing support in budget and forecast exercise for a specified business unit
• Balance sheet analysis (regular and ad-hoc) to support the Bank balance sheet management processes
• Calculation of the financial ratios/indicators
• Optimizing the existing processes as well as developing new analytical tools in line with business requirements
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses for the management purposes
• Building positive long-term relationship with Business Partners both onshore and offshore
• Supporting through monthly/quarterly change control processes
• Participating in a variety of ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis
• Experience in reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Very strong numerical and analytical skills
• Advaced MS Office Skills, especially MS Excel
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Independence and high efficiency
