Helpdesk with French
Responsibilities:
• Providing 1st line support to customers
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
• Entering data in the system and data management
• Cooperating with other departments of the company
• Preparing reports
Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of the language French
• Min. good knowledge of English (min. B1)
• Availability to work in 24/7 shift system
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent organization of working time, the ability to prioritize tasks
• Independence in work and accuracy in action
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team and good communication skills
