In regard to further development of one of our Clients we are currently seeking Candidates for a job located in Poznań City Center.
Tasks:
• manage the mailbox for comunication in foreign language
• answer calls and provide support within requested area
• observe problems and offer improvement suggestions
Requirements:
• fluent Spanish or French or German written and spoken
• very good English written and spoken
• very good communication and interpersonal skills
• customer orientation
• availability to shift work
• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
