We are looking for a Candidates that are willing to join the team as a Junior IT Specialist. Your responsibilities are focused around providing support as a member of IT Team:
- User support such as computer setup, technical service, assisting in network maintence.
- PC/laptop hardware and software setup, providing technical support to devices such as laptops, desktops, smarthphones, phone and voice mail systems.
- Gather feedback inside the local, regional and global IT Support Teams.
- Cooperate with end users of the devices.

Are still studying or have finished Information Technology and are hungry for knowledge. Experience with troubleshooting on similiar position will be an additional advantage.
We are looking for Candidates that are open-minded, team work oriented and own high level written and verbal communication skills also in English! (minimum: C1 level). Candidate has to be communicative to effectively provide support and feedback to the end users not forgeting about professional approach.
