Summary of primary job responsibilities

Telephone and e-mail customer support to Slovenian speaking Customers/Clients within Contact Centre environment. Telephone and e-mail, technical support for users of white goods or RTV equipment.

Requirements

  • Fluent/very good Slovenian, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to communiacate in English or Polish;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

  • IT literacy (Windows, MS Office suite);
  • Team work oriented;
  • Professional telephone manner;
  • Experience in CC environment or Customer Care would be an asset.
