Administration & Marketing Assistant
Main responsibilities:
Administration
- contact with existing clients;
- issuing invoices, preparing accounting documents for accounting office;
- replying to e-mails and enquiries;
- dealing with suppliers (hotels, flights, office equipment, etc.);
- looking after trainings – logistic and administration preparation for training (attendance records, surveys, certificates, visual part of training materials, etc.);
- searching for tutors & experts both in Poland and overseas;
- adjusting sales offers to meet clients requirements;
Marketing
- participating in setting up marketing strategy;
- taking part in inventing new products to be introduced to the market;
- setting promotions rules;
- choosing the channels for promotions;
- being responsible for e-marketing (company website, portals, etc.);
- organizing promotional events;
- preparing training offers and giving and idea for promotional materials; etc.;
- searching for new sales channels, cooperation, other play market monitoring;
Requirements:
- very good command of English (fluency);
- comprehensive knowledge of Ms Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- very high customer oriented attitude;
- be good in writing - ideas, text format (Word);
- driving license B with at least 2 years driving experience.
