Helpdesk with Romanian

Responsibilities:

* Providing 1st line support to customers
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
* Entering data in the system and data management
* Cooperating with other departments of the company
* Preparing reports


Requirements:

* Very good knowledge of the language Romanian
* Min. good knowledge of English (min. B1)
* Availability to work in 24/7 shift system
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Excellent organization of working time, the ability to prioritize tasks
* Independence in work and accuracy in action
* Analytical skills
* Ability to work as a part of a team and good communication skills
