Senior Specialist E-commerce

On behalf of our Client, multinational company providing innovative cashless payments solutions, we are looking for a person to hold the position of a Senior Specialist E-commerce. This person will join the E-commerce team in Shared Service Centre located in the centre of Warsaw.

The key role on this position will be the cooperation with merchantsin terms of agreements, payments queues, system settlement and product information to maintain the positive ongoing cooperation.As a Senior Specialist the job holder will have an opportunity to participate in additional projectsbeing the support for a direct supervisor. Additionally the Senior Specialist will coordinate the work of a less experienced Specialistsin a local team with the cooperation of international E-commerce team and management abroad.

We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Administration or Customer Service, preferably gained in SSC/BPO environment or payment industry. Due to the international working environment the ideal candidate should have very good English language skills.Knowledge of German language will be an additional asset. The ideal candidate should present great organisational skills and customer focus.Also highly developed interpersonal skills and capability of working within a team are welcomed on this position.
