Customer service with French/German

For our Client, an international outsourcing company that specializes in customer service, financial solutions, accounting, marketing and many more, we're looking for a:

Tasks:

• dealing with customer queries on a daily basis with a friendly and professional manner
• manages escalations and leads negotiations with critical customers
• handles day-to-day activities and refers the most delicate matters to the superior

Requirements:

• fluent English
• very good French or German
• strong multi-tasking and organizational skill
• very good MS Office skills
• analytical mind
