OtC Manager

For one of our Client, global company who develops its structures in Warsaw, we are looking for people with strong managerial experience on OtC Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor teams and individual performance
• Provide feedback & support to the team
• Manage administrative processes
• Report KPI's to management and external client
• Prepare and facilitate team meetings to ensure information sharing and communication
• Suggest and inspire standardization & improvement initiatives
• Support the team with problematic customers
• Demonstrate experience in delivering strong performance against challenging targets

Requirements:

• 4-year experience on managerial position
• Experience in accounts receivable department minimum 5 years
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong people management skills
• Very good knowledge of English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
