Candidate will report direct to CFO and will be fully responsible for control all accounting matters and full scope of reports for the group. The role is responsible for the efficient and effective managing of the team, efficient workflow. In future candidate will take responsibility for and supervision of the cash management, will engage in all legal opinion for projects agreement and will have bigger opportunity.
We are expecting from candidate 5-7 years of experience on similar position in finance (experience in a Real Estate company preferred) or in an accounting office (experience with Real Estate). Team management experience and willingness to act independently with pro-active attitude are a must for the candidates. Project management skills are also desirable.

Description
- Responsible for supervision of accounting operations (control accounting team and all content related matters)
- Supervise accounting process, including statutory reporting
- Tax compliance and tax planning in coordination with TAX advisors
- Development of strong and effective workflow within company
- Manage and develop team members (3 people)
- Maintain relationships with third parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities, etc.
- Engage in project work within organisation
- Maintain and develop management information systems (ERP)
- Drive continuous process improvement
In Future:
- Cash flow management,
- Responsible for all corporate finance
- Support in all project agreement opinions
And few more delegated from CFO because of dynamic growth.
Profile
- University education with accounting related degree - ACCA/CIMA or CPA qualification will be a strong asset
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2-3 years of strong managerial experience
- Experience in real estate market or accounting office - contact within real estate market
- Knowledge of taxes and Polish statutory reporting to be able to control and support team members
- Sound knowledge of IFRS standards
- Experience in managing teams, project work, able to made his/her own opinion and support decisions
- Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people
- Understands key business drivers and proactively seeks out opportunities and recommends solutions that can be effectively supported
- Fluency in English is a must
