We are leading a project for a global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, with a growing presence in the financial services sector. The company offers integrated basic software solutions for large international companies selling property and damage insurance. We are currently looking for a Senior Java Programmer who will join an international group of suppliers developing a complex information system using Java Enterprise Edition.

Project scope:
- Developing a complex information system, using Java Enterprise Edition
- End to end implementation of customer functionalities, including UI, SQL data model and business logic implementation for customers across the world
- Participating in code review
- Development of interfaces with external systems (web services, other technologies)
- Being a source of knowledge and support for young programmers
- Working in SCRUM
- Tech stack: Java Enterprise Edition, Hibernate, EJB, SQL, JBoss/WebLogic/WebSphere, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2
Competence demands:
- At least 4 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition programming
- Development using complex data and domain models - Large scale DB tables EJB, SQL, Hibernate
- Ability to translate functional requirements to technical design and development tasks
- Experience with application server: JBoss / WebLogic / WebSphere
- Experience working with MSSQL, Oracle, DB2 (all or one of them)
- Very good English (B2)
