For our Client, a new Business Services Center in Warsaw focusing on health & safety production, we are currently looking for:
Customer Advisor with German (Health and Safety Industry)
- Handling all types of customer orders including pre-sales process, service support and after sales activities
- Performing client advisory and consulting function (health and safety regulations, insufficiencies and gaps)
- Sales and contracts support
- Maintaining regular contact with: z: end customers, channel partners, safety engineers, purchasing departments; project managers and experts on customer sites
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English (obligatory)
- Technical education preferred
- Experience in working with SAP or other ERP system (preferred)
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position and environment
- Customer mindset
