For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for: Customer Service Specialist with French
Zadania:
- Contact with suppliers and respond to their queries;
- Monitor and manage financial tasks related to unpaid invoices;
- Follow up on ongoing payment processes;
- Perform activities related to anti-fraud policy;
- Cooperate with other departments (Accounting, Logistics, Purchasing, Cash Bank Treasury/Master Data).
Wymagania:
- Experience in Customer Service;Fluent French, both spoken and written (C1 level)
- Knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system - would be an advantage;
- MS Excel knowledge - will be an asset;Being able to learn;
- Customer service oriented with focus on customer satisfaction;
- Team-working skills.
