For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for a
Medical Information Executive with Italian
Duties will include:
- Providing high quality technical and medical information in response to inquiries via phone, email, or mail
- Researching and preparing responses for health care professionals and members of the public
- Working with cross functional teams across the region
Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences/ Healthcare/Medicine (Pharmacy degree preferred)
- Fluent English, Italian, and Polish (C1)
- Experience in customer service
- At least 1 year of experience in medical information or other relevant field
