We are looking for motivated, ambitious candidate to support creating new SSC in Warsaw as a HR Representative. You will be responsible for the daily cooperation with local entities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland in terms of payroll and administration.
Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent Payroll experience
- Experience in HR/Admin position, preferably in
- multinational company
- Very good knowledge of MS office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel and
- Word)
- Fluency in English, good knowledge of German
- Ability to recognize and carry out a high level of confidentiality and
- discretion
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Supporting Shared Service Center Team in Berlin when it comes to payroll and administration in Poland
- Coordinates Polish payroll
- Maintaining employees' personal files
- Sending documents connected to employment to appropriate offices
- Maintaining monthly documentation changes (extensions, new agreements,
- appendixes, contract of mandate requirements)
- Taking care of private medical care benefit (Enel-Med)
