In regard to further development of one of our Clients we are currently seeking Candidates for a job located in Warsaw.
Your tasks:
- Processing of customer orders,
- Resolution of open issues,
- Management of customer requests,
- Verification & processing of fax & email orders in fax2edi,
- Order data completion,
- Resolution of customer requests,
- Allocation of non-complete orders & customer requests to respective departments of the company,
- Customer master data maintenance.
Your responsibilities:
- 100% customer orientation "mindset",
- Very accurate working approach,
- Ability to work independently,
- Competence to work in/with an international environment,
- Dutch or German on B2 level,
- English between B1 and B2
